The flavors in the food were ON POINT! we got the nihari and a mixed chicken grill platter along with garlic naan and everything tasted incredible. They do ask you your spice tolerance level so you can adjust accordingly. Atmosphere could be a little better but it didn’t hinder us from wanting to come back! Will be returning here!

Monday night can be a tough time to find a good, open restaurant. Thankfully we found Kababish! We were immediately welcomed and seated. The young woman and young man running the restaurant were very polite, accommodating and efficient. They took our order promptly and we got our food quickly. The portions were generous, the food was tasty and adequately spicy, (hot, not Indian hot we chose wisely). My lamb biryani was huge and flavorful. I highly recommend.

One of our favorite gems in Cary. We have tried all the local spots for curry and authentic Indian blend foods and this is by far the best. Any meat dish you order is fall apart tender. You can tell it was cooked very mindfully. Flavor is layered and taste so deep and rich. Never had a bad meal here and the staff is so sweet. The ambient environment is another reason we keep coming back. Feels so cozy and intimate. Good vibes all around and soul in the food.
